Love is Life
(A Psalm of Antoaneta)
Love is selfless,
and not easily provoked,
Love is glorious, beautiful and bold,
Love stands mighty
and consumes with fire all,
that which comes
form selfish hearts,
Love is Life
the great and awesome Fire
which consumes the darkness
with it’s Light.
Doubt not that Love is real
and doubt not that Love is God,
for only He can make
all knees bow before Him
and only He can make
each tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
and only He
can make you to forget the things of old
and make them silent
and forget them
when Death is cast into the see and
then new Life comes.
Why live in darkness,
why walk in pain?
Death has not God’s glory,
but death has is the glory of a man.
You’ve seen it all with me my friends,
You’ve seen the Moon,
the countess stars,
the clouds on the sky,
the bright and shining Sun,
the oceans and the rivers,
the gardens and the deserts,
you’ve heard
the birds sing their songs to God,
you’ve heard the lions roaring,
you’ve heard about the countless wars
and countess bitter news
of killings and senseless murder- suicides,
you’ve heard it all,
you’ve seen it all
when silver
crowns your head with wisdom,
and you know
that every word I say to you is truth,
and some of you have seen it
while you were like me a youth,
but have you felt the pain of them
who starve for Love and Life today,
have you cradled their thoughts
as yours,
so you may know and understand
why they have lost
all of their hope this day.
Many die unnoticed,
and their names are written on this earth,
many die
because the ones who said
they knew the Lord of Love
passed them by in their hurry
and gave them nothing
from the treasures
that they thought they had.
Love is all we need this day,
Love is God
and without His Love abiding in our hearts
manifested in it’s glory
we will perish just like them
who knew Him not.
I speak to one,
I speak to all
who say they know the Lord
who gave His Life for all,
the Lord of Glory Jesus Christ,
the Son of God,
the Son of Love,
to know the Lord
is to be taught by Him,
to know Him is to agree
and walk as One with Him,
to know Him
is to Love the ones who hate us,
and to feed them with
the Love He gave us.
To know Him is to see no walls,
no creed, no diversity of tongues, no color,
no denominations,
nor dogmas,
no religions which bring division
to the ones He so desire to unite as One!
One in Christ we stand, One nation,
One glorious Church,
without a wrinkle,
without a spot,
One body undefiled.
To them who do believe in Jesus Christ
that He is Lord
and God has raised Him from the dead
walk in Love with all
and Love is
to speak of Him
who gave His all to save the world,
and make men like Himself.
To them who know Him not,
believe the words
of God’s glorious salvation,
the Gospel of His Love
and walk away from everlasting darkness
and the death,
you were conceived in
and come to Him the Only Savior,
the everlasting Life
God the Father
has commanded to the world
He Loves beyond description.
Love is Life, Life of Glory,
Life of Peace, Life of goodness
once you taste
you will know
what true Love is
and share it with all.
